One of the things that you need to be aware of is that the temperatures can get very hot in Africa. Much of the continent lies very close to the Equator. As a result, temperatures often exceed ninety degrees Fahrenheit during the day in any season. You can prepare for this in a number of ways. For example, if you live in a hot area, you can just spend more time outside. However, if you live in a cool or temperate area, you might need some assistance. One thing you can try is hot yoga. This will simulate stressful conditions for the body. You can also just try turning up the heat in your own home. If you don’t have some sort of unit to help you with this, you may need some AC installation. You can find this by looking in your search engine for a company that offers these kinds of services. In addition, the climate can change drastically as well. Many of the countries in Africa have a dry season and a rainy season. During the dry season, there is not much water in the air because of a lack of rain. In order to combat this, you will need to bring some sort of hydration pack with you so you can stay hydrated. During the rainy season, there can be a lot of mud and bugs. It can also be almost unbearably humid. Prepare for this with light clothes and a lot of bug repellent.
