Leriba Lodge - the African word from the Sotho language meaning "place on the river bank". Situated on the banks of the Hennops River near the R28 linking Pretoria & Johannesburg.

Leriba Lodge is nestled on 8 hectares of indigenous forest on the banks of the Hennops River. It’s strategically located and easy accessible from Pretoria and Johannesburg. Leriba Lodge is walking distance to Centurion City, 35 minutes  from Johannesburg, 45 minutes from OR Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport and a mere 5 minutes from Pretoria.

The award Winning Lodge boasts 58 elegant and spacious en suite rooms that blend comfort and style for the business and leisure guest. The luxury en suite rooms are decorated in a minimalistic

East African style with splendid views on the lush indigenous gardens and sparkling pool. We also offer facilities for disabled guests.

The Pinotage a la carte restaurant and wine cellar offers a unique blend of African Fusion and Cosmopolitan flavours prepared by gourmet chefs. The Restaurant offers superb indoor and outdoor venues for wine tastings, corporate functions, groups and special occasions.

Up to 750 delegates can be accommodated in 13 fully equipped air conditioned venues. The largest venue can accommodate 300 delegates theatre style. The well designed venues with direct access and views on the indigenous gardens provide a conference experience with a difference. A variety of teambuilding events, pre- and post conference tours and unique cultural appreciation presentations are also offered.

Leriba Lodge also boasts a fully equipped sports team room for international and national sports teams. Apart from the England,  All Blacks and Welsh rugby team Leriba Lodge hosted Super 14 rugby teams like the Crusaders, the Blues, the Highlanders, the Brumbies and Reds, the Chiefs and the Hurricanes.

The state of the art wellness centre offers visitors a luxurious taste of wild Africa, combined with a sophisticated pampering of a health spa .Leriba Lodge Spa and Wellness Centre provide a wide variety of beauty and wellness treatments. The facilities include a Vichy shower, Swiss shower, jet bath, steam bath and a hairdresser.

Leriba Lodge is nearby the Historical city of Pretoria with it’s famous Pretoria Zoo, museums, Johannesburg and the Johannesburg International Airport and Soweto Sun City and the Pilansberg National Park that boasts the big five [90 minutes], cultural villages such as Lesedi [35 minutes], Hartbeespoort Dam, Rietvlei Nature Reserve and the nature reserves to the north of Pretoria, such as Mabalingwe and Mabula [80 minutes]. Golf packages, City tours, Shebeen tours, tours to nature reserves, game parks, The Botanical Gardens and other attractions in South Africa are also available.

As a member of the Endangered Wildlife Trust, we are proud of this piece of natural habitat in the city, which forms part of the green belt conservation area. Over the last 5 years more than 200 exotic trees were removed and the rehabilitation programme included the establishment of over 100 indigenous plants and trees.

Bird watching can be enjoyed along the riverbanks and throughout the garden.

Conference with a difference

Thirteen well-equipped air-conditioned venues can accommodate up to 800 delegates per day.

   Rates are valid from 1 January to 31 December

Rates include coffee/tea and snacks, venue, set-up, mints and water, conference file and paper, standard   equipment, daily news papers, parking, VAT and agents commission. Twenty-four hour packages includes single/sharing accommodation in luxury en-suite rooms and all meals

Standard equipment included in the conference rates are OHP & screen, white board, flip chart, paper and markers. 

Our business centre offers ISDN-data lines for video conferencing, electronic whiteboard, data and slide projectors, computer accessories/systems, PA systems at additional cost, Internet and electronic mail access, word processing and photocopy facilities, assistance with color/black and white transparencies and a facilitation service.
