Mkuze Falls is situated in the heart of historic Zululand in the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal. Mkuze Falls Game Reserve is a haven to the African 'Big Five' as well as Cheetah, Hippo, Crocodile, spotted Hyena, Giraffe, Wildebeest and Zebra.
Numerous species of antelope are also resident in the reserve and the elusive Nyala occurs in greater numbers here, than anywhere else in the world.


Mkuze Falls Game Lodge consists of eight thatched chalets, a safari suite and a central complex, which are built on raised wooden platforms and have spacious verandas.


These private balconies provide stunning views of the Falls or the perennial Mkuze River to the hills beyond. The centrally located facilities include a pleasant dining area, a comfortable lounge, an indoor pub, a shady terrace and a swimming pool. There is also a fully equipped, air conditioned conference room catering for 18 participants.


Mkuze Falls Tented Lodge. The facilities include a lounge, bar, boma and swimming pool. Starlit evenings are enjoyed in the boma and the sounds of the Zulu drumbeat beckon the pure spirit of Africa.


The evening air is broken by the call of the Night Jar, the sounds of Zebra in the distance, the unexpected roar of the Lion and the trumpet of the Elephant. The pure sounds of Africa!


Mkuze Falls Bushcamp consists of Four canvas tents accommodate eight guests, each tent with two stretchers, bedding, hand wash facilities and towels.


Two ablution facilities consist of a screened area - a canvas bag filled with water for your bush shower and a portable toilet.
