Tuli Safari Lodge - Botswana Accommodation - Limpopo River Accommodation -

Set in spacious gardens along the banks of the Limpopo River against a backdrop of stunning sandstone outcrops, Tuli Safari Lodge is also unique. Here the welcome is genuinely warm and the ambience is charmingly ageless.

Each day brings a new adventure as Tuli offers a truly authentic wildlife experience. Here roams the largest elephant population on private land in Africa, together with leopard, cheetah, wild dog and lion, vast herds of plains game and over 350 bird species.

At Tuli, you set the pace … with varied activities to enjoy and idyllic grounds to relax in. Game drives and bush walks with exceptional guides, hides tucked away in the bush (where you can also stay overnight for the ultimate back-to-nature experience!) and horse rides in the wild. The echo of ancient cultures resounds at the many sites of archaeological and spiritual significance, whilst meaningful visits with local communities showcase contemporary rural Botswana life.

All our suites have double or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities.

We have two grades of suites – which we call 4 and 5 “ele” - with our “5 ele” suites being the more luxurious, spacious and private. The 5 ele suites are all slightly different in size, layout and position in the lodge but all provide the same quality and facilities.

Our 5 ele suites are:

Zebra - a spacious double room with en-suite bathroom and separate shower. Lounge area, patio. Situated in our upper garden area close to the pool.

Elephant - a spacious twin room with en-suite bathroom and separate shower. Sitting area, patio. Situated in our upper garden area close to the main lodge.

Guinea Fowl - a very spacious double room with en-suite bathroom and separate shower. Lounge area, secluded patio. Situated in our lower garden next to our Warthog suite.

Warthog - a very spacious double room with en-suite bathroom and separate shower. Lounge area, secluded patio. Situated in our lower garden next to our Guinea Fowl suite.

Our 4 ele suites are:

Impala & Eland - both doubles with en-suite bathrooms (shower only), lounge area and private patio. An additional single bed can be put in the lounge area if required. Situated next door to one another close to the main lodge.

Tuli Bush Camps - Nokalodi and Molema - two delightful self-catering destinations, beautifully located on the banks of the Limpopo River in Tuli, Botswana.

Nokalodi Tented Camp is just across the South African border at Pontdrift, close to Mapungubwe and provides accomodation in very comfortable safari tents.

Molema Bush Camp is close to the Platjan border post, making it ideal for visitors travelling between South Africa and Botswana. Molema offers camping and accommodation in wooden chalets.

Nokalodi and Molema are managed and operated by Tuli Safari Lodge, but please note that they are separate operations and our bush camp guests are not able to use the facilities offered at the lodge itself nor may they self-drive within the Northern Tuli Game Reserve.

Activities

Wildebeest & Giraffe - both family rooms with a double bed and two singles (in a separate alcove area) with en-suite bathrooms (bath with shower over) and private patios. Situated next door to one another close to the main lodge.

Activities at Tuli Safari Lodge - Your day at Tuli Safari Lodge
At Tuli Safari Lodge we are very flexible and adjust our meals and timings to meet our guests’ requirements, arrivals/departures and activities.

• Tea/coffee served in the lounge
• Early morning guided game activity (drive/walk) with stop for refreshments
• Brunch on your return – followed by time to rest, swim, soak up the sun or spot the wildlife around the lodge. Sometimes we have breakfast and lunch instead of brunch, depending on our guests' requirements.
• Afternoon tea served in the lounge or bar
• Afternoon guided game activity (drive/walk), with snacks and sundowners before a twilight drive back to the lodge
• Drinks & dinner

We pride ourselves on a personalised approach, and do our utmost to accommodate our guests’ particular interests or requirements – so if there’s something particular you’d like to do please just let us know. Conferences at Tuli

Tuli Safari Lodge offers a relaxed atmosphere to conduct meetings, conferences, team building and special year-end functions.

Tuli has conference facilities for up to 28 delegates sharing. We offer two conference venues - our Winter Lounge (42.5 square metres, enclosed – can be air-conditioned) and our Summer Lounge (77 square metres, partially open).

Tuli Bush Business
Conferences at Tuli can be combined with themed game viewing activities (drives and/or walks) that link with the message(s) that your conference is focusing on by demonstrating parallels between the bush and the business world.

We have several standard themes that are applicable in many businesses, and will make every effort to tailor our game viewing activities to your particular requirements. Our standard themes are: managing change; the importance of communication; the importance of teamwork; the importance of planning; building & retaining market share; survival of the fittest; reducing risk; the art of presentation – what you see is not always what you get!

Conference packages

Please contact us for details of our conference packages which are for a minimum of 4 delegates and include room hire, notebooks, pens and the use of a flipchart. Accommodation is on a full board basis and includes mid morning and afternoon teas. We can also provide other equipment/services such as TV/DVD, overhead projector & screen, white board, email/Internet facilities, photocopying & faxing - please enquire for rates.
