Accommodation

The cottage nestles on the edge of a picturesque Trout Dam overlooking a well wooded island. It is surrounded by Mature Gum and Pine trees which act as a wind break from the prevailing North-Westerly wind. This wind break surrounds the house except in the front where the lawn rolls down to the waters edge.

The house has three bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, separate toilet and a storeroom. There is a large open veranda on two sides with built in braai facilities. Both lounges have fireplaces which are well used in winter. E.S.K.O.M. supplies electricity to the house.

There is no telephone on Breezie Braes and no cell phone coverage there either, (Bliss), but there is cell phone reception within 5 km from the house. There is a two-way radio in the house which works through the farming community's repeater.
