At the foot of Mt Sutherland we offer the warmth of Pear Tree Cottage (sleeping 4). It is the thatched pre-1900 original Elton farmhouse constructed of wattle and daub. It has a perfectly simple old world charm about it, and is simply perfect for that much needed escape from busy and sophisticated city life. For peace, tranquility and matchless berg views, it is hard to beat.

Or, there is the Boughton Colemers Country House (B.C.)(sleeping up to 14). This is an English style homestead with a dam literally on its doorstep! Both the dam and home are set in picturesque grandeur of 80 year old garden surrounds. This harmonious combination makes this your best close-to-nature, self-catering, fly-fishing destination.

Both the cottage and the homestead provide an excellent base from which to explore our scenic Southern Drakensberg countryside, and newly proclaimed World Heritage Site.
