Conference facilities include 1x70 seat, 1x50 seat, 1x40 seat and
2x20 seat fully equipped rooms. Rates exclude bar service, soft drinks, tea

Should conference groups require exclusive use of the venue(s) and its facilities,
a surcharge will be levied.
Fully Inclusive Rate
Includes accommodation, standard conference facilities, three meals, teas and

Day Conference Rate

Reservations - Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure booking.
In lieu of
a 50% deposit, we do take a credit card number to guarantee reservation.
The amount will be deducted on arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
25% of total confirmed rate is payable
if cancelled eight weeks prior to arrival.
50% of total confirmed rate is
