Ingwe Guest House is situated in the quiet and picturesque suburb of Westville KwaZulu-Natal. Minutes from all major freeways and 15 minutes from the city centre, it is a perfect location for business travelers and provides an excellent base to explore the many attractions of KwaZulu-Natal including the beaches, mountains and game reserves.
The Lodge features 5 well-appointed suites with views onto the pool and or gardens. Each suite has a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have ample cupboard space and are all en suite. There are three double rooms, suitable for a couple or single guests. Each room is comfortably appointed with a twin or double bed, an armchair and desk. Designed for privacy, this double room is tucked away from the rest and has a double bed, en suite and a bar fridge.Our self-catering cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep a family of four comfortably. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area with a verandah for al fresco dining. No effort is spared to make your stay at Ingwe Guest House a comfortable and relaxing experience. If there are any services you require which are not listed here, please discuss them with us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Breakfast A full English breakfast is served between 7am and 9am (Monday-Friday only). Guests who wish to eat earlier can arrange for a continental breakfast to be served before 7am. On weekends and public holidays a self-service continental breakfast is available until 9am. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please inform us of any requirements when booking and we will be happy to assist. Dinner There are a number of restaurants catering to every taste within a short distance of the guesthouse. We invite you to explore the many culinary experiences and will be happy to advise you on your options. For large groups or special circumstances, dinner can be provided - please speak to us about your requirements. Our sparkling pool is set in lush tropical gardens and is available for guests use. The pool area is well lit in the evenings and is a great place to relax.
Airport collection service Most of our guests choose to hire a vehicle and explore Durban and its surrounds. If you are not travelling in your own vehicle and require collection from the airport, we can arrange transport. Sports Events Ingwe Guest House can arrange drop off and collection for guests travelling to specific sporting events. As enthusiastic sports people ourselves, we are sensitive to the needs of sports people and can offer specific services around sports events. Business Communications Ingwe Guest House has fax and internet facilities. Guests who need to check e-mail or send faxes are welcome to make use of our facilities. Beaches Ingwe Guest House is 15km's from Durban's central beaches and a similar distance to the northern beaches of Umhlanga and Umdloti. Shopping We are situated a five minute drive from the Pavilion Shopping Centre and a short distance from all major shopping centres including Gateway. Midlands and Pietermaritzburg The famed Midlands Meander is a mere 45 minutes from the guesthouse. Visitors can spend a wonderful day browsing the antique shops, arts and crafts and enjoy dinner before returning to their suite.
