Situated in the northern sector of the Big Five Sabi Sands Reserve, Chitwa Chitwa Lodges provide an authentic African experience in an atmosphere of privacy and luxury.

Facilities

At the main lodge 16 guests are accommodated in air-conditioned chalets with glorious lake and bushveld vistas. Delectable African-Mediterranean meals are enjoyed in the boma around an open fire or in the elegant restaurant. Cross-cultural cuisine is accompanied by a prime selection of South African wines from a well-stocked wine cellar. Experience the African bush from the splendid bar and lounge area, affording excellent views irrespective of weather conditions.

Positioned for intimate seclusion at the edge of a forest of knobthorn, Safari Lodge accommodates 10 guests in individually styled, air- conditioned chalets with indoor and outdoor showers.

Activities

Enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and wildlife from your private patio, or view game from the vantage point of the pool or timber deck set beneath the branches of ancient jackal-berry. Morning and evening game drives provide exciting opportunities for close viewing of the Big Five.
