Location

Stonecutters Lodge is situated 2.5 hours drive from Johannesburg International airport in the Mpumalanga Highlands and is en-route to the Kruger National Park and other private Game Lodges. The lodge is beautifully nestled between mountains and river on the R540 between Dullstroom and Lydenburg. Tourist attractions such as Blyde River Canyon, Gods Window, the Potholes and towns such as Sabie, Pilgrims Rest and Graskop are a short drive away.

Facilities

The Lodge is graded 4 stars by the SA Grading Council. Accommodation is varied and either the self-catering or fully catered option may be selected. Stone Cottage sleeps 4, Trout house sleeps 6 and the Cobbles Executive suites sleep 2. A total of 22 guests can be accommodated.

Fully equipped conference facility. Function room for special occasions, eg; engagement parties, small weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties.

Activities

Fly-fishing for Rainbow Trout in 2 still-water dams and 3 kilometres of free flowing Dorps River. Equipment can be hired and fly-fishing lessons can be arranged.
