Location
Okahandja is the main distribution town
of Namibia, for the reason of the road network, where you can travel into four
different directions.
Four seasons, on average 300 days of sunshine.
Summer Temperatures range from 36 to 39 degrees Celsius. October to November are
the hottest months. Winter is from May to July when the temperatures vary from
6 to 21 degrees Celsius. During mid-winter nights are cold, often with frost in
the morning.

Activities
Derived its name from the Namib Desert,
a unique geological feature renowned for the pristine and hunting quality of its
landscape. It is this feature that characterises Namibia most, and that is home
to several of the country's top tourist destinations, such as Sossusvlei, Sandwich
Harbour and the Skeleton Coast Park. Far from being lifeless and barren, the long,
narrow strip of moist coastal desert features an unusual variety of desert-adapted
flora and fauna, including a large number of endemic plant, bird, reptile and
insect species. Many of these species are of particular scientific interest.
For sportsmen and adventurers Namibia has
much to offer. Activities include soaring, hiking, hot-air ballooning, dune skiing,
mountain biking, white-river rafting, hunting, equestrian sports and excellent
coastal and freshwater angling.
