1. Accommodation - Thaba-Metsi Chalets
Thaba-Metsi Adventures Silver Mist self-catering
chalets of different sizes are nestled in the mountains overlooking three well
stocked trout dams.
A game fence with a variety of game encloses the farm. There
are 20 stables with American-style ranch paddocks, a petting zoo and reptile
display.
The farm also offers conferencing facilities, a tea garden
and all Thaba-Metsi Adventure's activities.
There is also a tented camp with ten two-man tents on decks
overlooking the dam or bring your own tent and camp alongside the beautiful
dam.

2. Accommodation - Thaba-Metsi Campsite – “CAMP
AND QUAD”
Thaba-Metsi Campsite is situated in the beautiful George’s
Valley mountains, halfway between Haenertsburg and Tzaneen. There are 15
campsites with men’s and ladies ablution facilities with hot water,
a kitchen, games room and boma. There are also two fully equipped self-catering
chalets, one 4 bed and one 6 bed.
Bring your own quad or hire ours and test the specially
cut quad bike trails through the bush, ravines and over the Letaba River
on this farm, or book an outride, or experience adventure activities offered
on site and nearby owned property.

3. Adventure Activities
The guided quad biking adventure
takes you on a specially made quad biking trail through the indigenous forests
along the Groot Letaba River and over the mountain overlooking the scenic
George’s Valley.
The gecko-tubing trip starts deep
in the gorge at the beginning of the Groot Letaba River. This adventure takes
you through tranquil crystal clear waters with breathtaking views as well
as through some roaring white water rapids.
Kloofing in the scenic George’s
Valley gorge is for the more adventurous! Explore, float and swim down sections
of calm, peaceful water as well as experience bum sliding, rock hopping,
hiking and waterfall jumping into breathtaking pools! Not for the feint hearted!
Our abseiling trip descends 30
metres down a smooth rock face into the majestic George’s Valley gorge,
landing in the Groot Letaba River, also allowing for swimming and relaxing
at the bottom underneath the waterfall.
Experience river fly fishing deep
in the echoing gorge or exercise dam fly fishing in beautiful surroundings.
This includes a clinic for beginners.
Our paintball course is situated
in the sun-shafted glades of the beautiful indigenous forest.
Guided horse riding trails through
the Magoebaskloof Mountains, along the Broedestroom River and through the
pine plantations.
4. Team-building
Team building activities include
a range of exercises that test both mental and physical team capabilities.
They are designed to improve team dynamics such as communication, conflict
resolution, problem solving and cohesion.
Facilitated group activities for corporate or school groups
can be arranged. Whether it’s a fun day you’re after, or a more
structured team-building programme e.g. facilitated goal setting workshops,
