- Cape Town - Western Cape -Kirstenbosch Acorntree luxury accommodation in Cape Town is situated close to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, at the foot of Table Mountain. The University of Cape Town is located close by with the Newlands Cricket and Rugby stadium only 5 min. away.
Set in a large and lush garden, our luxury guesthouse is ideal for private groups and families on vacation or holiday. Acorn Tree is very centrally situated to access all activities that has attracted you to Cape Town - as well as positioned in a quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are within 2 kilometres. An English pub called Forrester's Arms serves excellent lunches and dinners is within walking distance.
Acorn Tree guesthouse accommodation has 3 double bedrooms which open onto the sunny, quiet private walled garden with wonderful Table Mountain views. Some of the guesthouse facilities include gas and electric cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer and washing machine . Each guest is supplied a bath, hand and swimming pool towel with bath soaps. Beds are fitted with duvets, 2 pillows, continental pillows and a blanket and mattress protector. There is a large built in cupboard in every bedroom as well as bedside tables and lamps. The 3 double bedrooms have direct access to the patio and private garden. The guesthouse provides linen and towels, weekly home and garden services. Pre-paid telephone.
All kitchen appliances and utensils needed to prepare most meals are available. Electric and gas cooking facilities including an oven. Centre island preparation table, preparation bowl and an open plan serving area which seats 3 comfortably. Cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, serving dishes, tablecloths and napkins. AEG Dishwasher, double sink, washing liquid and drying towels. Fridge and freezer.
Please note that the pool is not fenced or covered, there is a safety net available should you require it. There is an automatic pool cleaner which should keep the pool trouble free for you. There are pool chairs, lounges and a private sun patio with wonderful mountain views. This also makes an excellent sundowner area. You are welcome to use and enjoy the pool table. There is a barbeque patio, which joins the living area and overlooks the pool. There is also a small bar fridge outdoors. A cleaning lady arrives
every Wednesday and Friday from 10.30 a.m. She will tend to the cleaning
of the house, as well as changing the bed linen on a weekly basis. She
finishes around 4 p.m. On arrival the following will be supplied. Soaps for the dishwasher,
washing machine, sink and bathrooms as well as basic cleaning materials,
Carlton roll, toilet paper and pool chemicals.
