Set in lush gardens, historic Belvidere Manor offers the traveler new-world comforts in luxurious cottage accommodation. Each single, double or three bedroomed Cape-style cottage boasts a comfortable lounge with log fireplace and satellite television, a fully fitted kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Private verandahs afford garden, pool or lagoon views. Savour delectable Knysna oysters, freshly caught seafood and venison specialities in the a la carte restaurant, followed by a nightcap in The Bell tavern. The executive conference centre hosts up to 24 delegates. Belvidere Manor was voted best large country-style retreat in the AA Accommodation Awards 2000.
