Set within the stunningly restyled Pavilion, “Pure” is a temple to style and chic, seating 58 guests amid a tranquil palette of creams, whites and charmingly rustic driftwood dividers. We think you’ll agree it’s as beautifully thought out and presented as everything you’ll find on the menu.
Our gourmet restaurant is a must for those wishing to indulge in an evening of gourmet delights and the finer things of life. Chef Mueller uses the best of local produce to create dishes that live up to his personal vision - ‘a fusion of purity’.

Each of our distinctive 20 rooms has been individually designed with en-suite bathrooms, many with free-standing baths, wooden floors and decorative chandeliers.
“The Sotho”, for instance, features double rooms with an exotic private garden terrace and a refreshing alfresco shower. Bask in the mountain views upstairs in “The Xhosa”, beautifully crafted double rooms, or “The Zulu”, with its picturesque views of the exquisite gardens and sparkling pool.
“The Sangoma” offers the unique accessibility of 2 Luxury rooms adjacent to each other with free-standing baths and stunning balconies overlooking the pool and garden area. They also make a fabulous family apartment complete with their own private entrance.
