We specialize in all aspects of 4x4'ing in Southern Africa, from luxury 4x4 vehicle hire, equipment hire, expedition and safari preparation and planning (vehicle and personal), Personalized tours, and Driver Training.

Over the last 10 years the business has evolved from being a hobby into a full-time occupation.
Founding members, Mike & Travis Rideout, both ex-working professionals have opted out of the corporate world to pursue an outdoor lifestyle. Their reward is in knowing that all those with whom they have shared their passion for an eco -adventure lifestyle have been positively influenced.

Whatever aspect of the business you come into contact with, you will receive personal attention from experienced and hands on operators. We specialise in the rental of fully equipped luxury 4x4's and have chosen to the two most capable makes that have established a name for themselves in African Overland travel, namely the Landrover Defender and the Toyota Landcruiser.

CAPE TO VIC FALLS (21 days)

One of our most popular tours, starting in Cape Town and ending at Vic Falls, this 21 day Safari affords the opportunity to experience the magic of Africa.

Feel the flow and rythm in your soul, experience sights that will leave you spell bound, see the wildlife in contrasting vegetation types.

NAMIBIA EXTRAVAGANZA (18 days)

Namibia is a vast and beautiful country. An abundance of wildlife, a variety of memorable sights and an eternally changing landscape.

From the Namib dessert, canyons and dunes to scrublands in the east and the infamous Etosha in the North.

Accomodation varies from camping to bungalows.


BOTSWANA PARADISE (18Days)

Botswana is one of Africa's few countries which has managed to preserve its exclusivity And vast areas of untouched wilderness.

We explore the northern game parks and wildlife Reserves of Nxai Park, Chobe, Savute and Moremi and enjoy the serene beauty of the Okavango Delta. Majestic sunsets, big 5 wildlife and vast open spaces are the order of The day.


DRAKENSBERG/LESOTHO TREK

This is a moderately - graded trekking safari. We focus on Africa's most spectacular Mountains South of Kilimanjaro.

We walk or pony trek with the Basotho people in A land of rich ravines, waterfalls and tribal culture. We traverse Africa's highest road between Malalea lodge and Sani top - this roof of Africa's experience is a must for those with a sense of adventure.


BATTLEFIELDS,NATAL,SWAZILAND & KRUGER TOUR (11days)

Starting and ending in Johannesburg, a round trip incorporating some of the battlefields Of the Boer War, around Rourke's Drift, experience the diverse greater St Lucia Wetland Park, Hluhluwe-Umfolose Game Reserve of Northern Natal and Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary in Swaziland, ending with 3 days in the Kruger National Park stopping at God's Window and Pilgrims Rest on our way back to Johannesburg.

CAPE POINT & PENINSULA ( 1 day)

An awe inspiring tour of Cape Town and its peninsula. Starting in the Waterfront, We head out along the Atlantic Seaboard, and its pristine sandy beaches of Clifton & Campsbay.

A visit to the cultural fishing village of Houtbay, followed by the scenic drive along Chapmans Peak to Noordhoek, Kommetjie to the Cape Point nature reserve.

Lunch in Simonstown And a visit to the penguin colony at Boulders Beach and back to the city via Ou Kaapseberg and Kirstenbosch Botancial Gardens.
