Rising out of the ruins of an ancient civilization, Tsala Treetops Lodge is an elevated resting place - a symphony of stone, wood, glass and water, high above the forest floor in the Tsitsikamma forest, looking out across the Piesang river valley, creates an atmosphere of adventure and romance.

The unique modern structures rise out of the ruins to heights exceeding 6 metres.The ten luxury suites comprise of a sitting room, bedroom, spacious bathroom with outside shower, observation deck and pool deck, all elevated into the forest canopy on pole supports. Movement between the lodge and the suites is by way of elevated boardwalks, leaving the forest floor undisturbed by human passage. Superb, imaginative cuisine, reflecting the diversity of cultures to be found in the southern part of Africa, with strong European and Eastern heritage.

Catering for only 20 guests, Tsala Treetops Lodge offers special hospitality and service. An intimate and unforgettable experience.

10 km west of Plettenberg Bay and 20 km east of Knysna.
